We believe that it is essential for corporate governance to function effectively in order to continuously improve our corporate values and fulfill our social responsibility for stakeholders, which include our stockholders, clients, and employees. With this belief, we strive to strengthen our corporate governance by thoroughly organizing and carrying out internal control and risk management.
In project management, which is our field of expertise, the success of managing projects properly is recognized as one of the most critical business challenges, and the demand for project management support has increased over the years with an increase in the number of companies that are implementing or that are considering implementing all-company project management.
Management Solutions has its vision set to become a management platform for society that promotes organizational change and personal growth. With this goal in mind, we engage in businesses to support project management as an independent organization to lead our clients to success through their diverse projects in various scales, primarily for corporations listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
As Management Solutions is a single segment in consulting businesses, we do not have detailed explanations for each segment; however, the following gives a summary of the characteristics of our primary services.
We provide project management execution support services primarily as a Project Management Office (PMO) 1 for all organizational levels within a company including the company as a whole as well as each department and project. For example, when a company has a project to implement a new system, we provide project management execution support services, by means of which each project phase-including a system requirement definition phase and a system development phase-is managed by visualizing its progress and problems. A company may have a person in charge of planning or implementing a project, but it remains a challenge for them to cultivate project managers who specialize in project management, which can lead to a shortage of project managers in a corporate environment. Under this circumstance, we provide services to reduce the burden on corporate project managers by implementing a project management process to track progress and problems, and provide execution support for management process, all to increase the success rate of a project.

Based on our know-how acquired through management consulting and project management execution support, we provide practical training programs created on the basis of project management theories and methodologies. Our training services range from risk management, e-learning to learn skills such as logical thinking, and project management-related group training to meet clients' needs, with which we issue PDUs3 needed to retain certifications issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) 2 such as Project Management Professional (PMP) ®1 .
We have also developed and provide software called ProEver, created by stylizing our knowledge acquired through management consulting and project management execution support, with a purpose to automate and streamline progress and problem management at a time of project management execution support.
