MSOL has released the "Assignment Planning" feature to its project management software PROEVER.
The demands on projects has been increasing , and the skills and experience required of management members such as project managers, PMOs, and team leaders are expanding more than before. The skills and experience required vary depending on the nature of the project, its scale, difficulty. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the project and the skills of each member to assign the right management members to the project.
PROEVER has quantified the "characteristics" and "required management level" of all projects by utilizing the information from the "Project Success Rate Prediction" released in February 2021 and the "Skill Check" released in October 2021. By utilizing these types of information, it is possible to reduce unreasonable assignments when
determining management members and improve project success rates by assigning appropriate members.
